Eddy Joseph
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer

Eddy Joseph likes ideas and loves possibilities. And hates the word “can’t”. He’s studious and focused. He lives by an unrelenting quest for quality and value.

Joseph comes from a family of entrepreneurs and creative thinkers, and turned to art to grow and make a difference. An established photographer, Joseph’s work has appeared in publications and museums worldwide. A graduate of Florida International University, Joseph started his career in high school managing his mother’s fabric store after school and selling apparel, toys and gifts in a rainforest themed retail store in Bayside Marketplace in Downtown Miami, Florida that he acquired while waiting to attend college.

While in college, Joseph operated a phone card business and a photography and marketing company out of his college dormitory. Upon graduation, he went on to launching and managing several businesses and brands including Tians, Urban Times, Brickell Media Group, Nuecon, Carübbean, Carübbean Life, JüneFest and Project Haiti Foundation, a Not-for-Profit organization dedicated to sustainable growth for the people of Haiti in the areas of economic and health.

Joseph has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aperture Group, a private equity firm specializing in art and media investments since he founded it in 1999. In 2006, Joseph received the key to the City of Miami Beach for his on-going support to Latin America and the Caribbean Diaspora. Joseph is the Founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of FoCi Group, a humanitarian-based Project Management, Development and New Media Company headquartered in Miami, Florida. Joseph lives in Bal Harbour with his wife Jeannie and their two sons. Joseph is an avid reader and enjoys playing basketball.
