Lionel Forde
Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Lionel is seasoned financial and tax executive with more than 40 years experience in public and private accounting and in industry. Lionel’s background includes more than ten years in public accounting with Laventhol and Company and KPMG Peat Marwick, in New York City, where he served as an Audit Manager for multinational clients. Lionel held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Barbados Industrial Bank, Chief Financial Analyst for IBM of Canada, and Senior Manager, Quality Control, for the Color Paper Products Division of Eastman Kodak for seven years. From 1990 to 2003, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of CeleXx Corporation, a public company in the field of electronics. Lionel holds a BS degree in accounting from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA degree (Cum Laude) in Finance from Long Island University. Lionel is a Certified Public Accountant.
