Eddy Joseph
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer

Eddy Joseph is the Founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of FoCi Group. Mr. Joseph is an established photographer, seasoned entrepreneur, investor, consultant and corporate strategist. He shapes and approves FoCi strategies, reviews results, advocates for the Company’s issues and helps set the overall direction of the organization.

Lionel Forde
Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Lionel is a seasoned financial and tax executive with more than 40 years experience in public and private accounting and in industry. Lionel’s background includes more than ten years in public accounting with Laventhol and Company and KPMG Peat Marwick, in New York City, where he served as an Audit Manager for multinational clients. Lionel held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Barbados Industrial Bank, Chief Financial Analyst for IBM of Canada, and Senior Manager, Quality Control, for the Color Paper Products Division of Eastman Kodak for seven years.

Patricio Livingstone
Vice President/Chief Production Officer

Patricio Livingstone is a member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Production Officer of FoCi Group, Inc. Mr. Livingstone was appointed Chief Production Officer effective January 01, 2010. He became the Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors on October 1, 2012. Prior to joining the FoCi Group, Mr. Livingstone was the Chief Executive Producer and Managing Partner of Living Pictures Corp, a full-service production house specializing in the North, Central, South America and European markets.

John Straatsma*

Mr. Straatsma is an international entrepreneur and business advisor with experience in computer and IT based technologies. Prior to 1997, he was involved in the Hospitality Industry in Canada. Subsequently he found and managed his own technology company in the Caribbean and found and managed an Export Company situated in Miami, Florida.

Thomas Roma*

Twice the recipient of Guggenheim Fellowships, Mr. Roma's work has appeared in one-person and group exhibitions internationally, including one-person shows with accompanying books at the Museum of Modern Art NY and the International Center of Photography. He has taught photography since 1983 at Yale, Fordham, Cooper Union, and The School of Visual Arts and in 1996 became the Director of Photography at Columbia University School of the Arts.

S. Rhon Ernest-Jones*

Mr. Ernest-Jones has over 40 years of diversified experience in the fields of project and program management, business management, civil engineering, construction and cost estimating, land planning, environmental engineering and transportation engineering.

Doug Forde*

Mr. Forde is a Managing Partner of Tax Engineering Associates, LLC, a joint venture of Tax Engineering, LLC and the IBI Group, one of the world’s leading multidisciplinary architectural and engineering firms and a global leader in building and environmental systems design.

Andrew Heeman*

Andrew Heeman is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Medlink Doctors LLC a Florida based Healthcare Consulting Company with offices in the Bahamas, Jamaica and Barbados.

B. Ralph Latortue*

Mr. Ralph Latortue has recently served as the Ambassador of Haiti to Japan from November 2012 to May 2013, and served as Interim Minister Counselor, Charge d’Affaires, at the Embassy of Haiti in Washington DC from March 2012 to September 2012.

Tony Shellman*

Entrepreneur Tony Shellman is an influential hip-hop trendsetter and fashion innovator. He co-founded the highly successful clothing lines Mecca and ENYCE, the latter of which was sold to Liz Clairborne Inc. in 2005 for $114 million.
